Founded in 1975, OSA is a coalition of student governments dedicated to the representation, service, and protection of the collective interests of over 100,000 students in postsecondary education.
ASPIRE (Access to Student assistance Programs in Reach of Everyone)
One of OSA and OSCC’s priority legislative issues for the 2007 legislative session, ASPIRE is a high school mentoring program that gives students the tools they need to access a postsecondary education.

The Oregon Community College Association represents the seventeen publicly chartered community colleges and their locally elected board members as well as the interests of the faculty, staff, administration and nearly 350,000 students in those colleges.

The Black United Fund of Oregon is a philanthropic and community development institution committed to the social and economic empowerment of Oregon’s low-income communities and contributing to a broader understanding of ethnic and culturally diverse groups. The Black United Fund of Oregon was created in 1983 to address the disproportionately low level of charitable dollars given to organizations serving communities of color.

Oregon Student Public Interest Research Group (OSPIRG)
OSPIRG is a non-profit, non-partisan public interest advocacy group. OSPIRG started its Higher Education Project in 1994 to secure more student aid, with a focus on increasing grant aid, lowering the cost of borrowing, and providing better service to students in the federal financial aid system.
Building Votes is a nonpartisan youth vote program which aims to increase the youth voice in Oregon through peer-to-peer voter registration and turn out.
