We are a statewide coalition of students advocating for equal access to education by empowering students and strengthening communities of color.

• OSCConference offers over 70 workshops focused on grassroots empowerment of students of color and allies.

• Queer People of Color (QPOC) Track: specific skill and issue workshops, tools, and spaces for QPOC.
• OSCC dance party.
• Last year OSCConference brought almost 400 students of color and allies to the conference.
• A chance for students of color to network across the region with like-minded peers.
• OSCConference is a safe place to expand cultural competency, learn grassroots organizing skills, and develop an understanding of different communities.
