The first phase of the OSA Issue Choosing Process involves an Open Submission Period for OSA Issue Briefs. OSA accepted issue briefs from students from October 2023 - January 2024.
This report is a collection of OSA Issue Briefs that were completed by students across Oregon in preparation of Oregon’s 2025 Legislative Session. These briefs not only reflect the diverse perspectives and concerns of the student body but also guide OSA's legislative advocacy efforts towards effecting positive change on behalf of Oregon's students.
