Student Organizer Coalition

The Student Organizer Coalition (SOC) is a statewide coalition of student organizers from community colleges and universities across Oregon.

Student Organizers are empowered to foster a unified voice for student advocacy. Through individual growth and statewide connections, these organizers support OSA’s Legislative Agenda and campus-specific advocacy efforts, understanding pressing student issues while gaining invaluable professional experience.

Currently, our student organizers are immersed in fieldwork, engaging with their campuses to leverage the Statewide Survey. By connecting with students on campuses across Oregon and understanding what concerns are most pressing to them, SOC amplifies the impact of student-led initiatives, driving positive change throughout Oregon's higher education landscape.
